Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
・Conduct sourcing, prescreening candidates for Japan in the Talent Acquisition process
・Coordinate and collaborate with relevant stakeholders in developing sourcing and interviewing strategies and implementing agreed action plans.
・Manage onboarding and off boarding process for employees to gain knowledge and skills needed to become effective members of an organization.
・Deploy and use job appropriate behavioral and competency based interview methodology
・Maintain current knowledge of business, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends and requirements.
・Interview prospective employees and evaluate candidates in all level for employment factors such as job experience, education and training, knowledge, skills and abilities, organizational culture considerations, and other data pertinent to classification and selection.
・Manage all data associated with the recruitment process ? e.g. candidate information, interview process details, offer information, etc.
・Manage all recruitment reports ensuring accuracy and submission in a timely manner.
・Ensure that the process and the final hiring decision are properly handled in a timely manner.
Compensation, Benefits and Payroll
Process employees’ salary, calculate payroll and making appropriate deductions to wages such as pension payments/PF Fund and arrange payment of staff salaries and wages through collaborating with vendor.
Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.
Manage the administration of benefit programs.
Evaluate procedures and solutions to improve human resources data management.
Plan and implement Employee Engagement activities to increase engagement level across the organization
Initiate and able to drive internal engagement projects or activities to create understanding and partnership across company.
Establishing and maintaining good relationships between employers and employees.
Delivery end to end process of employee engagement, company culture and recognition program activities as plan.
Building up good relationship in organization including welfare, and quality of work life; as well as Employee Engagement Program.
Develop and implement CSR activities to meet company’s objectives.
Assisting in maintaining and developing Employee relation and engagement
Other assigning of employee engagement activity.
HR Operations & Clerical Support
Assist NEA Head of HR to develop and implement HR policies for New Elanco entity and procedures. Responsible for the overall HR operations function such as recruitment, compensation and benefits and performance evaluation i.e. PO generating, vendor contact. Provide overall good logistics of HR function.
Administer training activities, prepare the training plan and arrange all training. Coordinate with vendors for training activities, for both soft and technical skills.
Ensure that visa and work permit application process comply with law and other regulations
Responsible for welfare, benefits support, and compensation support e.g. Health insurance, provident funds registration, and others
Provide and coordinate for in-house and public training e.g. safe driver education, cultural pillars, English training etc.
Prepare probation evaluation, performance appraisal, and other reports.
Any other duties or assignments as requested by NEA Head of HR
