- 【Primary Function/ Primary Goals/ Objectives】
1. Lead the optimization of inventory, focusing on consignment (long term & short term) management with supporting business growth, improving customer satisfaction and cashflow.
2. Developing new operation scheme/rules/policy to manage consignment in efficient way.
3. Represent commercial interest and communicate effectively with Plan, Sales, Marketing, Deliver, Customer service, Finance and the other business partners to make the commercial operation streamline
4. Support Plan & Mktg for NPI with scenario planning and develop consignment modeling tools
5. Collaborate/Partner with the global team to share the business cases/ best practices and help to scale up to other countries/regions
【Core Job Responsibilities/ Accountability / Scope (Major Duties and Responsibilities) 】
①Visualization to monitor inventory levels (incl. Projection)
②Support local SCM by collaborating with Sales & Marketing, Planning and Deliver team and the other functions to maintain product supply and optimize inventory at proper level based on BP
③Develop commercial operation rules to optimize Consignment, and Inventory management in order to prevent back orders and excessive inventory
④Implement consignment policy for sales to be able to manage appropriately.
⑤Develop consignment report to govern the policy to run the process.
⑥Publish monthly consignment dashboard to review their performance

⑦Support additional projects relates to supply chain optimization
